Kelsey Nicol brings 20 years of sales and operational experience to One10
Minneapolis, MN (May 23, 2024) – One10 LLC, a leading performance improvement company, announced Kelsey Nicol as its new Vice President, Strategic Accounts. Nicol will provide strategic sales direction and new business growth across the company’s three solution areas – marketing services, travel and events, and incentives and recognition.
Nicol brings a wealth of experience and relationships to One10, having served in both sales and operational roles over the last 20 years. Most recently, she was with Mutika, Italy’s premier Experience Management Company (EMC) as Director of Business Development. Prior to that, Nicol served in roles starting from Program Associate, Event Operations that evolved into Business Development Manager at ITA Group, a full-service agency based in Des Moines, Iowa.

Nicol is active in the incentive industry. She has been an active member of Financial Insurance Conference Planners (FICP), Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), and Association of Destination Management Executives International (ADMEI) and a board member of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF).
Outside of her career, Nicol is a married mother of two with a French Bulldog and resides in Des Moines.
